I need a person that can demo the lath and plaster in an apartment. Apartment is a "shotgun" style roughly 16' wide by 45' long. I only need the walls plaster removed, the ceiling can stay. Would prefer someone who has done this work before and can do it in a clean and is minimal dust and noise as possible. I know that can't be eliminated but I know with a little care it can be lessoned. You would need to haul the material out to the back of the house, load it, and haul it away. The house is near Civic Center off Harrison. Reply to this post if your interested and we can set up a time for you to look at the job and give me a price on what you want to do the work.
