2 day leadership seminar grounded in positive psychology. Day 1: Lead Yourself First and Day 2: Leadership is a Relationship Drawing upon the two leadership books I have co-authored, this seminar is applicable for leaders of all ranks and experience. I engage leaders in Socratic dialogue to reflect on what it means to be a leader, how to lead yourself first, manage time/energy, make good decisions---and then foster strong relationships with your peers and those you lead.
