SUMMARY: Stewart Properties Maintenance is looking for self-motivated employees to join our landscape/property maintenance team. We complete every aspect of landscaping, along with pressure washing, demolition, and many other tasks associated with property maintenance. We are looking for full time employees, typical 40 to 55 hours per week. Health benefits, paid holidays, retirement plan and vacation time available after a 90-day eligibility period. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: - Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and not have an extensive criminal record. - A DOT med card is not required but is helpful and considered during wage negotiation. - A valid driver’s license is desired but reliable transportation is required. - Truck and trailer driving experience is desired. - Skid loader and mini excavator operation experience is desired. - We need individuals who demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work extended hours when required, and who are self-motivated. - Must be able to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety protocols and procedures. - Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
