Job Duties:
Trash pick-up, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, detail restroom cleaning (private office and public), floor waxing, window cleaning, etc.
This will require you to stand for long periods, walking, bending, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.
Driving carts between buildings to transport cleaning supplies.

The Essentials:
Shift: Tue & Wed are days off; working from 7 pm – 3:30am, working weekends - this is subject to change
Prefer 1-2 years large commercial facilities (medical center, school campus, major hotel) janitorial experience.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and Material Safety Data Sheets “MSDS”.
Valid CA Driver’s License and good record of safe driving.
Possibility of weekends and/or holidays.
Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, employees, and guests of the lot, which requires a basic working knowledge of English.
