Please read careful and in between the lines Looking for s strong and fit person to help w general labor to help me around with different kind of projects, I am a "small job" specialist that offer various services and knock on wood always busy I do cash only jobs and you will be paid in cash too ! pay will be weekly or before if a short week ! some skill need it the more the better BUT I DO NOT ! NEED A CARPENTER OR JACK ALL OF TRADES The jobs I do are : regular maintenance around the house light paint, Lots of carpentry, rough in,decks, new additions, dry root damage repair, window installation, door installation trim work, custom mill work most electrical stuff. retaining walls (concrete and rebar ) no bricks retaining walls wood bathroom remodels along w subs kitchen remodels long w subs I keep busy because if I can do it I will take it w deposit and schedule currently busy for the next 4 moth w job line up and deposited (to ensure people don't bail) Starting June 14th I will star a series of jobs one behind the next and if you are the right fit you can be working 4 to 5 days a week I have some filling jobs between now and the 14th of you and we can test your skill on these jobs I am a bit of a workaholic and I usually work 10 hours day 5-6 day a week and 1-2 days off as work is allows it I do not have a set schedule but mostly works weekends that means if you apply you will be working weekends too ! this what I am looking for : Paying attention to details a MUST ! No phones during work hours ! (unless your child is in danger) and your lunch flexible schedule you will be working w me most of the time (I work 6 day a week you will work 4-5 day a week) prefer if you have your own transportation for you (I do no need it for my business) some skills, like using a broom and and a dust pan and hand tools. you will be doing the heavy work; digging, trenching, moving dirt, loading demolition debris, unloading materials etc. I work w 80 lb bags of concrete and if you can not carry them do not apply ! When we do demo you will load the truck MOST job require to walk up and down stairs because most of my work is in the hills. willing to pass some skill as we go along and room to grow for the right person. Pay depends on skill and level of confidence I am offering between $ 22.00 and 25.00 (cash no deductions ) equals to about 28-32 payroll this is Full Time position for about 4 moths Do not apply if you have a job do NOT apply if no flexible schedule please let me know about you and what you currently do for a living and leave a phone number to contact you Thank you.
