Take pride in protecting your community while building long-term career stability. *BRANCH II LICENSE REQUIRED* At Pest Pro you can expect: · Full-Time Employment · Self-Managed Route · Competitive Compensation · Paid Training Customized to Your Needs · PTO and Holiday Pay · Company Vehicle and Gas Card · Company Cell Phone · Smart Tablet for Performing Services · Role-Specific Continuing Education · Leadership Development · Opportunities for Career Growth Job Responsibilities Will Include: · Inspect client property for pest activity. · Become familiar with bed bugs, their harborage areas, and methods to effectively control them · Treat and/or prevent pest issues or infestations · Identify and communicate conducive conditions · Use a handheld computerized device to manage service and document issues · Plan and organize service route with efficiency · Maintain quality relationships with your valued clientele Job Requirements · Prepares job sites for treatment. · Applies botanical and traditional pesticides to residential and commercial structures according to work order specifications, safety procedures, and label instructions. · Drives company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business. · Maintains vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition. · Completes required production forms at the end of each assignment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions · Ability to write simple notes to communicate to customer service personnel · Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. · Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations. · Maintain valid driver's license. Qualifications: · Valid Driver’s License · Valid Branch II License · Safely use a ladder · Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. · Ability to work in all weather conditions · Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift, and carry for extended periods of time **$28-$35/Hr Depending On Experience
