Show me any country that this has worked in. In open carry states, crime is much lower than those with restrictions...look at the City of Chicago compared to the State Arizona for your prime example. If making things illegal makes them go away, then why do we have police, jails and prisons? 100 million gun owners have never killed anyone, ever!!! So why should everyone be punished for the actions of a very few??? When we choose to punish success and reward failure, we have all failed absolutely!!! *************************** Well, Chicago has some of the most dangerous slums in the world. Too bad Arizona Republicans won't help....also, 100 million car owners never killed anyone either. But they still have to pay insurance. How about gun insurance? At least that poor human being who was shot at the store while not wearing a sear belt or even protected by a car, for that matter, will get some money for his or hers family, so that "go fund me" accounts for burials are not needed. Start insuring guns and then will get much badly needed restrictions in order to save lives, and mostly, to save money.
