Anyone want to go exploring on ATV's, UTV's and etc. this Memorial Day. No Booze or Hard Drugs PLEASE. Mellow off-roading out off of Josephine Creek up Canyon Creek to the Dragline Mine and Canyon Creeks Twin Waterfalls and FYI there are several water crossings up to 24" deep, 2.5 pound Fire Extinguishers are required by Forest Service and BLM on all off road machines. We will depart from the Truck Shop on Finch Road in Kerby Oregon around 10am and might not get back until dusk, we will go over Free and Easy Pass up Tennessee Mountain and then on over to Josephine Creek and then to Canyon Creek. Bring a lunch and maybe a Gold Pan, everything out there is claimed but the 1872 Mining Act allows for Panning and Prospecting for Lode Minerals on Placer Claims so no worries if you do and if the waters not too cold maybe go for a swim?
