Key Qualifications: Minimum three years’ experience in property management or related business operations. Minimum of two years’ of office experience is required. Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills, with high professionalism. Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills. Proficient with Web communications, publishing, usability and/or social media. Essential Job Functions: As a Resident Service Specialist, you provide team coordination to ensure high quality customer service. You ensure the Resident Service team completes every step regarding move-in coordination, OneSite responsibilities and customer service administration. You handle any walk-in resident concerns collectively with managers. You walk through the move-in ready apartment(s) to achieve optimal resident satisfaction. You coordinate responses to resident service issues as well as track and follow-up on move-in satisfaction. You also walk all amenities and problematic areas on a daily basis to address any deficiencies and follow-up with the service team until resolved. You provide support and act as back-up for the Leasing Consultants and Resident Service Coordinators.
