need to redo brackets on wall for an awning

two brackets came loose toggle bolts with a mushroom head, 6 inches long,,,,,,,,,,need to bring 3 of them to job 2 need to be replaced atleast so awning needs to be taken down,,,,,,,,the two in the picture need to be redone,,,,,,, i need someone handy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thats talented ive done these ads before and honestly people contact me that are not competent to do it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,SO PLEASE ONLY TALENTED HANDY PEOPLE WRITE ME THANKS,,,,,,,,,DONT WANNA WAIST ANYONES TIME,,,,,,,,,,,,,,THANKS the wall is hollow and has 5 inches of space in there til u hit the plywood, there are two awnings next to each other, and 7 or so brackets that are put up correctly but those two on left awning are not and need to be redone
