ISO Carpenter to build doll house for 18 inch dolls

ISO carpenter up for a smaller job to build me a doll house for 18 inch dolls/accessories. Please have pictures of past work or references..we've had some doozies in the past for people wanted money but didn't want to do the work. My kids were big on AG and now have a ton of stuff they want organized nicely in a big doll house big enough to fit it all to stay in our guest room. I have the plans and measurements of what's need and would prefer to pay you for materials and labor instead of getting materials myself. The house would need to be assembled in our home but can be cut where ever, as we have lower ceilings and it can get tricky to get anything up the stairs. Plan/Measurements are in this shorten link. I understand the link is older and do not expect same material costs. I have priced this out in the past year and have a decent idea of that side to cost: We're flex on time but would like this summer. email or text ok
