Must be dependable, reliable and trustworthy. Must have previous professional experience in the auto body industry. Must be flexible and focused on maintaining high level of quality repairs. Must be able to effectively listen and communicate with team members. Must have the ability to multi- task and excel under pressure. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, processes and safety requirements. PPG waterborne paint technology is a plus. (Training is available).
