Access to Drill Press required - Need holes drilled in board for arcade layout

Need someone with access to a drill press to finish drilling holes into a plexiglass/MDF board combination. Would do myself but lost access to my campus drill press when I graduated. Board is roughly 23 1/2” x 11” Holes are necessary for a button layout of an arcade machine. Need 8 1 3/8” diameter holes drilled per layout (2 layouts) along with 1 1” hole drilled per layout. Also need 2 1 3/8” holes drilled near the top middle of the board, currently not marked. Job should be quick and painless if you know what you’re doing! Got 2 holes already drilled.
