Looking to hirer a self motivated individual that enjoys working in a fast pace environment. A Minnesota 1st Class Boiler License is required. Job Duties: *Responsible for the behind the scenes daily operations of the shopping center. *Responsible for daily tasks of the engineering staff. *Working with the General Mall and Corporate Team on contracts and logistics of future projects. *Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements on high pressure boilers, chillers, cooling tower, HVAC, and utility systems including emergency repair. *Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. *Performing preventative maintenance. *Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. *Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees. . *Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. *Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s. Qualifications: *2 -years minimum experience in a Operations/Maintenance role. *1-year minimum experience with one or more technical experiences: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, and HVAC. *1-year minimum experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control. *Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems, and independently take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time. Preferred Qualifications: *Minnesota High Pressure Boilers license – 1st Class B. *High School Diploma or GED: Formal Engineering/Maintenance Training Required.
