We are searching for a new team member (or three!) that looks forward to coming to work, is HUNGRY to learn more, and most important of all, has a positive attitude and can have FUN working with their crew. If you're the type that seeks solutions instead of complaints, wants to get the job done right, and wants to be paid based on worth instead of years worked, we want to hire you! The person hired for this position will be working with the concrete crew, which includes concrete pours, building and laying forms, concrete finishing, etc. The chance to be cross-trained in excavation or carpentry is available too! Experience is helpful, but NOT required. We WILL train the right people who have a good attitude and want to learn! Before you read further, please note- If you cannot pass a drug screen, we cannot hire you. If you have lots of points on your driving record, we won't be able to hire you. Starting pay is open for discussion and is based on level of experience. If hired, we offer a starting wage and then re-evaluate after the first 60 days of you working here. If you deserve a raise, you'll get one!
