Field Driver/Inspector for Real Estate Company

We are a real estate investment company that operates in 50 counties in and around the metro Atlanta area. We are looking for someone capable of being our our boots on the ground in the field. Given the size of our coverage area, this role involves a good bit of driving. The two most common field assignments you'll be handling are- - Initial Inspections: This is done when we're considering a property for purchase. It involves walking the property and taking 50-100 photos, examining/inspecting various elements, and providing us with your thoughts/feedback after seeing the property firsthand. - Post-Purchase Visits: This is done right after we purchase a property. It involves changing out the locks and putting a lockbox on the door, taking 40-60 photos, and completing a form to provide us with relevant info (the new lockbox code, if utilities are currently on or not, etc). This will be a part time role to start. You will be paid on a per assignment (aka per gig) basis. There will be a base pay for each assignment, plus a pay per mile amount to account for distance traveled. It is fully remote, there are no regular in office requirements (although you're welcome to come by the office whenever). Qualifications/Requirements 1) You have a flexible schedule 2) You have basic handyman skills and are comfortable using a smartphone 3) You have your own vehicle (leases are fine) 4) You do not mind spending time in the car or driving long distances (up to 3 hours one way) 5) You live in one of the main 10-15 metro Atlanta counties 6) You are reliable, ready, willing and able Past experience is a plus but not a requirement.
