Front (Tigerwood) and back (Ipe) decks requiring annual MILD pressure washing and applying Penafin. Much prefer experience with these high end South American hardwoods and Penafin. 2-day job, with Day 1 to pressure wash in the morning and allow to dry and Day 2 application of Penafin. Rear deck is ~400 sq. ft.; front deck ~300 sq. ft.
