CTL is currently seeking a motivated individual who has a background in construction or science related fields. The incumbent will perform skilled technical work in support of construction projects. CTL will train individuals to work with roadway construction crews to verify compaction of soils, aggregates and asphalt. It is expected that the Materials Testing Technician will exercise initiative and judgment in carrying out assignments according to established policies, procedures, and standards.
