$30/hour landscaping temp help needed

My yard is in bad shape and I need to spend some time getting it back to where it needs to be but could use a couple more hands to make the work easier on me. Need help in a few areas. 1. General landscaping over 1 acre (weed whacking growth above rock, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs) 2. Spreading rock or dirt (depends) over the front half of my yard. (I am looking for where to rent a bobcat to make this easier, suggestions welcome!). Over time the existing landscape has eroded so we're dumping to cover spots where the rock or DG has gotten thin. 3. Helping me haul what we cut off the shrubs to the dump I have the rock being delivered this week by Thursday AM and can work with you on the exact timing over the next three weeks. Looking at starting as early as possible (6/7AM) and working until lunch over a few days as I will be working on the yard with you. Paid in cash daily or via something like Venmo if that works for you. If you want to work 8 hours a day that's ok with me but I will have to go take care of other work in the afternoon. I have budgeted for 3 days with two people at 8 hours a day (24 hours per person, so $720 per person or $1440 for one person working a full 48 hours). We can do that over a several days if you only have a couple of hours to help per day. Flexible on timing, just need some spare hands. Application process is straight forward.
