Tucson AZ

Description

I have a chronic progressive heart condition which had flared up as I was overdoing it, back at the beginning of April. I am no longer able to work per the doctor's orders, I have a shit ton of scarring & irreversible damage to the interior heart tissues, unfixable blockages and a leaky valve. (Back in the '80s when I was in my twenties, I was in one of the first thrash/punk bands in Los Angeles, I lived on Carl's Jr Western bacon cheeseburgers, chocolate shakes and did drugs like an idiot). All I have is music... thankfully!...playing at home by myself is okay but it would be really great to be able to play with other players and have some kind of human contact, thru music, before my ticket gets punched. I don't have any family close by music is my only friend besides my cat. So while I'm still among the living, I am looking for very mellow people to play music with. NO DRAMA Vocal wise I'm in the baritone range I have transportation, a good attitude, I don't do drugs or drink & sex is off the menu too. Though, I am a young looking & acting 56, I trashed my heart. I do like 420 and like covering ALL kinds of music. if necessary I have a place to rehearse. Understand, I'm not looking for sympathy I'm just looking for people that can understand my situation and wouldn't mind playing some music. I don't have the stamina to lead a project but I'm a great accompaniest, you lead I'll follow. Btw- the first picture was with my heart brother (Randy Clammons) a Tucson Icon, who regularly had me as a guest at the 420 show, he was a super nice man, he understood me in a way that many don't, but he has now since past away, from his own heart issues.
