Cashier Position $16/HR (Plus tips) Must be able to open beers (Indiana approved safe alcohol service certification) Must be available Friday through Sunday for 10-12 hours starting at 5AM on Friday and Saturday, and 3AM on Sunday (Race Day). Job duties are running a POS in a concession stand ringing in orders and delivering food and drinks to guests. Alcohol is served, that is why an alcohol certification is required. Uniform is black slacks, black button up or polo shirt, black close toed shoes. Cook Position $18/HR Must be able to cook, prep, and assist the chef with the ovens. Must be available Friday through Sunday for 10-12 hours starting at 5AM on Friday and Saturday, and 3AM on Sunday (Race Day). Uniform is black slacks, black button up or polo shirt, black close toed shoes. Some cook positions are guest-facing, so proper uniform is essential. Runner position $17.50/HR Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be available Friday through Sunday for 10-12 hours starting at 5AM on Friday and Saturday, and 3AM on Sunday (Race Day). Job duties are running food from cooks to guests, backing up cashiers by restocking and any other support they may need. Uniform is black slacks, black button up or polo shirt, black close toed shoes. We will be holding interviews Tuesday through Thursday from 12-6.
