hello there the wife and I found this small male dog in the parking lot of rite aid of 181st ave and glisan st we saw it running around as if he was looking for his owner but after a few minutes we decided that he was lost and that we needed to help him, so we grabbed him and brought it home with us so if you are looking for the small chihuhua looking dog please let me know. we will keep him for about a week than he will be turned in to the shelter.
