Green to clean pool service needed

My rental property in South Austin has a pool that needs a full green-to-clean treatment. This will include the following services: Shocking treatment. Vacuuming the bottom. Skimming leaves and debris of surface. Replacing the filter grids (if necessary). Ensuring the filter is working properly. Balancing the chemicals. Anything else that needs to be done. I don't live far so will pay for/provide all the equipment and chemicals needed, just need somebody who is willing to do it. I will pay extra for it to be done really well and in a timely manner.
