Recycling Equipment Service Company looking for a shop hand for various refurbish and preparation jobs. We have a team of 4 service technicians and are looking for a helper for various jobs - mainly at our Addison shop. We have a relaxed and good atmosphere, but also require our employees to put in a good effort. The tasks include, but are not limited to; - Moving, cleaning, and preparing equipment for refurbishing - Painting equipment (by hand w roller) - PPE is supplied - Basic repair jobs using hand tools - Assist our technicians with field jobs - Occasionally assistance with cleaning out field equipment - Packing and assistance with shipping parts Required skills; - Use of basic hand tools - Ability to drive a forklift - Punctuality, stability and good attitude - Ability to lift 45 lbs Preferred skills; - Welding and fabrication experience - Use of power tools - including angle grinder, sander, etc. - Drivers license including a clean driving record This job has a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday - Friday; 7:00 - 3:30; no forced OT. We offer 401k, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.
