Looking for a part time worker to perform general maintenance tasks for a property management company. Would be responsible for minor landscaping tasks, cleaning common areas, and other tasks as required for a multifamily property in Hooksett, Concord, and Laconia NH. Reliable transportation would be required. This position is for 1 day out of the week and we will pay $200-$300 pending the time to complete/ job performance. This position has potential for growth within the company and I can add more hours if desired pending performance/ skill set. Handyman, maintenance, landscape experience a plus. Would be a great job for a reliable worker who has a free day out of the week to add additional income.
