We are in search of a part-time maintenance person for a multi-family, short term rental business. We currently have a maintenance manager on staff that you would be working closely with. There will be times during the year when there will be a good amount of work, but other times where there could be extended periods with little or no work. You do not have to be skilled in all the trades, but carpentry would be a must. Bonus if you have a background in plumbing or electrical. Reliability is also a must. We also work with a management company that may also have work for you when we do not should you do well. We're happy to discuss in more detail and can put you to work right away as we gear up for the summer.
