Eligible for $4,000 Sign-on Bonus Skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for our outpatient offices and independent living facility.   Perform an extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify issues.  Plans and schedules repairs. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Carries out scheduled maintenance examinations and applies fixes. Coordinates services of electricians/mechanics for faulty motors, compressors, etc. Performs troubleshooting and evaluates repairs of pneumatic control doors and direct emergency panic systems. Maintains inventory record for equipment and supplies. Manages reports and records.  Explains actions and procedures carried out with suggested solutions. Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent Experience: 5 years of related experience in the field of carpentry and facility maintenance Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills Carpentry skills Basic facility maintenance and project management Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, changes, delays and unexpected events Be a part of our team.
