Arthur Construction LLC () serving both Residential and Commercial projects is looking for experienced and reliable employees. I own and operate the company myself and hold a MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in addition to being a registered MA Home Improvement Contractor. I am fully licensed and insured. The area of work coverage includes coastal and southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts within route 95 but north of Boston including the North Shore and areas outside of metro Boston, southern Maine. The Scope of the Projects include but are not limited to: 1. Kitchen, Bathroom and general room Expansion, Renovation, and Remodeling; 2. Window and Door Installation 3. Siding and Exterior Finishes and Weather/Waterproofing 4. Interior Finishing 5. Stairways and Railings Job Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Insulating, Drywall, & Plastering/Taping 2. Carpentry – Framing and Finish Cabinet, Vanity, and Major Fixtures Installation 3. Marble, Quartz, Ceramic, Glass, & Stone Tiling 4. Interior finish application including painting and staining The ideal candidate would be physically fit and experienced. It is ideal that you have own commute vehicle and common tools. Car pool can be arranged when possible. It is preferred that the candidate is ready to work reliably full time or part time. It is expected that time during the day is primarily dedicated to the job with the customer in mind at all times. At work, use of personal electronics is limited to only what is necessary and is not distracting other coworkers. Non-smoker preferred. No indoor smoking please. Pay will be according to experience, capabilities, and the candidate. Background check is required. Experience information with good references is preferred.
