Management company is in need of a new team member to join our maintenance department. Shift starts at 7:30AM. Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in job site laborer and/or light maintenance duties. VEHICLE REQUIRED Duties include: • Trash pickup and removal from shopping centers (all located in Delco) • Emptying trash receptacles • Changing light bulbs • light painting • Clean up in vacant spaces Room for growth and on the job training.
