Production team and performing artist wanted

Hello I'm interested in collaborating with a group of like minded individuals to ultimately create a production company. The group would include musicians, writers, actors, actresses, vocalist and producers, and production engineer(s). I have ideas for songs, comedic skits, short stories, and movies. However, my reality can not sponsor this venture alone. Therefore, I'd love to meet like minded individuals that's willing to offer their skills, crafts, gifts, and talents at NO COST for what hopefully could be a bigger picture that brings in revenue and who knows even fulfillment of some dreams.
