Looking for a reliable baby sitter

Hello!! I'm the father of a 15 month old boy. I'm looking for a sitter to watch him from 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. I'm happy to provide food, diapers, etc. (I'm assuming that's standard but it's worth mentioning) he is very outgoing, energetic, loves to play, and loves animals. no allergies and no medical conditions. My budget is limited to $200 give or take a few dollars depending on situation, etc. would preferably have someone around the powers corridor (Briargate- Galley Rd) I understand my budget is a little low but that's why im posting here and no going through a traditional daycare. It is very important for me to have someone reliable, my job is very demanding and seldom I'm able to take an unplanned day off. Looking to start by next Tuesday May 31st, 2022. Thank you!!
