I am looking for a PROPERTY PRESERVATION CONTRACTOR in the city of Houston and surrounding areas. MUST HAVE Experience doing Property Preservation and working with Bank owned properties. If you're not familiar with what property preservation is, then I would strongly urge you not to respond to this ad as Experience is a must! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING WINTERIZATIONS. Must be willing to travel. Most importantly you must understand the requirement of taking multiple Before, during and after photos of ALL work completed. Pictures support your work and is how you get paid. There is no way around it and It is the banks requirement. If taking photos will be a challenge for you please don’t respond to this ad.
