Hillary Clinton's former campaign manager Robby Mook testified on Friday that Clinton personally approved sending the Trump/Russia collusion hoax to the media, making it clear that the former First Lady played an active role in disseminating the hoax.
Back up: After 2.5 years of Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigating the alleged ties between Trump and Russia and concluding that there was no collusion, a new Special Counsel [John Durham] was appointed to investigate the origins of the now-debunked allegations.
The first indictment: Durham's investigation found that Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman made false statements to the FBI in 2016, two months before the presidential election.
The lie: Sussman texted FBI General Counsel Jim Baker saying he had "sensitive" information "not on behalf of a client or company."
The truth was that he was working on behalf of Hillary Clinton.
Back to the present: On Friday, Mook was testifying as part of the trial against Sussman. During cross-examination, Mook was asked how the collusion story made it to the media. He said that while he was not "totally confident" in its legitimacy, he hoped a reporter could further "run it down" to determine if it was "accurate."
Hilliary knew: Mook told the court that "I discussed it with Hillary as well... the discussion was, hey, we have this and we want to share it with a reporter... All I remember is that she agreed with the decision."
This Russia hoax hampered the Trump 2016 campaign and then hung over him for the first three years of his Presidency. And it was all a lie. A lie created by Hilliary Clinton. Hopefully, Michael Sussman isn't the only one who goes to jail for this.
How are the networks covering the news...
Oh Let's say this in advance. Robby Mook did not kill himself
