Variety of tasks required for this position will include: - Lawn Mowing/Weed Eating - Installing Fencing/Tree Protection - Spreading Mulch - Site Cleanup - Tile Pickup/Return - Hardwood Pickup/Return - Sweeping - Erosion Control - Other Material Pickup - Must be able to lift 50lbs If you can do other things on top of this that will be very beneficial but these are the tasks involved with this position. If you can do small carpentry items that would be great. You must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to get to and from work, preferably a truck. This is NOT a Sub Contractors position. Regular, timely and predictable attendance is required for this position. 40+ hrs a wk, paid weekly starting pay $20 hr with paid vacation.
