Looking for honest, hard-working individual to join our maintenance/cleaning team at a large local apartment community. Duties include: Cleans hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and other common spaces. Sweeps, scrubs, and mops floors as necessary. Vacuums rugs, carpets, and window coverings. Dusts railings, light fixtures, window sills, etc. Washes windows in common spaces as needed. Empties trash, waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area. Cleans vacant apartments following a cleaning checklist. Reports needed repairs to property manager and maintenance specialists Picks up trash around the property as necessary. Positions is full-time from 8am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay $12-$14 per hour Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Holiday Pay Personal Time Off 401K Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning Strong attention to detail required Must be able to follow written and verbal directions Must have reliable transportation Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!
