*Espanol Abajo* I need help completing/ finishing a small bathroom renovation. Includes finishing placing tile, grouting the tile and installing vinyl plank flooring, should be very easy if you know what you’re doing….My workers had to quit due to family problems in another state in the middle of a project… and this is a family friend so it is very important to me. See photos. Bathroom has already been DEMO’d, Old shower removed, Old flooring removed, Backer Board is installed,Etc, and ALL materials are provided. **Should be an easy project if you know what you are doing, which I insist that you do** Job Includes : • Finishing placing subway tile (about 20% left) • Grouting the subway tile (88 Sq. Ft total) • Finishing the shower floor pan (14 Sq. Ft.) which includes finishing the concrete pitch, installing the floor tile, and grouting the tile. (Hexagon sheet tile) • Installing Vinyl Floor planks (75 Sq. Ft) • Assemble/ Move Vanity inside bathroom from Garage I have been doing this for a long time and would finish this myself, but I have another job as a superintendent on a job site, so I do not have the time. Please do not waste my time, and/ or lie that you know what you are doing. This client means a lot to me and is a family friend. Requirements : • Skilled in Tile/Grout etc. – Experience required I will need to see pictures and/or talk to you about previous projects in order to ensure that you are capable and competent to finish this job *** If you can only finish the shower and do not know how to finish the vinyl flooring we can discuss a modified $ rate*** Please call/ email me to discuss $$. Incluye terminar de colocar losetas, enlechar las losetas e instalar pisos de tablones de vinilo, debería ser muy fácil si sabe lo que está haciendo... Mis trabajadores tuvieron que renunciar debido a problemas familiares en otro estado en medio de un proyecto... y esto es un amigo de la familia entonces es muy importante para mí. Ver fotos. El baño ya se hizo una DEMO, se quitó la ducha vieja, se quitó el piso viejo, se instaló el tablero de respaldo, etc., y se proporcionaron TODOS los materiales. **Debería ser un proyecto fácil si sabes lo que estás haciendo, lo cual insisto que hagas** El trabajo incluye: • Terminando de colocar teja de metro (queda aproximadamente un 20%) • Lechada de losetas subterráneas (88 pies cuadrados en total) • Acabado de la base del piso de la ducha (14 pies cuadrados), que incluye el acabado de la brea de concreto, la instalación de las baldosas del piso y la lechada de las baldosas. (Teja de hoja hexagonal) • Instalación de tablones de vinilo para pisos (75 pies cuadrados) • Ensamble y mueva Vanity adentro del garaje He estado haciendo esto durante mucho tiempo y lo terminaría yo mismo, pero tengo otro trabajo como superintendente en un sitio de trabajo, así que no tengo tiempo. Por favor, no me hagas perder el tiempo y/o mientas que sabes lo que estás haciendo. Este cliente significa mucho para mí y es un amigo de la familia. Requisitos: • Habilidad en azulejos/lechada, etc. – Se requiere experiencia.
