Jokals...defined as -a "new local" by a true dumbass that was busted at 38 years old, having a package mailed to him in Duck full of weed and was dumb enough to report it missing. Friggin idiot. Seriously, though, thank you, Jokal. I will be using the term often as it sounds like jackass and local put together...defined by myself... "Jokal (jo-cal) noun A true jackass person, of any gender, that thinks they are some rosebud crapping local and there is some magic number of years you have to live in some shithole tourist town before calling yourselves local.
