Full time maintenance position available in South Orlando near the 528. Duties include but are not limited to: minor repairs or adjustments on electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting. Must have the ability to evaluate problems, repairs and determine what will be needed to solve any repair issues. Inspect/remove trash on grounds, around the Clubhouse or any Common area. Routine changing of A/C filters, light bulbs, etc. General cleaning and maintenance of the clubhouse as well as setting up chairs for meetings and perform inspections following clubhouse event. Janitorial cleaning of restrooms at three recreational areas.
