Moving heavy stuff - Treadmill and heavy beds

Looking for professional moving help move this Friday 5/23, in the early afternoon. We will be moving from some items from one house to another and vise versa. Basically swapping beds and some other stuff. I am looking for help mostly with the larger items and some boxes below. Move treadmill: from basement with walkout to another house basement (no walkout). King bed with heavy adjustable base. With head board. Queen bed with heavy adjustable base. With headboard. Twin mattress. Cabinet- not super heavy but need two people Possible other stuff, boxes and random stuff. We will be helping too, but you will focus on heavy stuff above first. Total time including driving from one house to the other and back (10 miles round trip) will be easily less than 3 hours. Likely closer to two. Please respond if you have professional moving experience, have a crew of two, are available Friday late morning / early afternoon and have no felonies. Also - please tell me what you rate is for up to 3 hours of work (total for both movers). Again, this will take much less than 3 hours. I will provide and drive the truck. Can pay CASH Thanks,
