Position Title: Lead Housekeeper / Crew Supervisor Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crew Supervisor to lead our housekeepers in maintaining a clean and welcoming first impression for our guests. Our Housekeepers and management staff make it all happen. Contribute your leadership, organizational, and team-building qualities to this critical role as Crew Supervisor. Ideal candidates are hard-working, organized, and good communicators. As a detail-oriented, team leader you will work alongside and motivate teammates to take pride in their contributions. Vacation rental cleaning experience as a team leader or supervisor is required. Flexible availability (including weekends), attention-to-detail, willingness to learn/improve, and strong work ethic a must. Job duties consist of leading our cleaning staff in cleaning homes per our “Always Guest Ready” cleaning checklist. Occasional interactions with rental guests require a friendly demeanor. Additional Details: • Full Time Hourly (up to 40 Hours per week) • Non-Exempt • Temporary for 90-day probation period. Permanent thereafter. Responsibilities: • Leads team to prepare our beautiful homes for guest stays • Schedules cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage and no cleans are missed • Inventories and restocks guest supplies • Works alongside team members to complete general cleaning/laundry for house turnovers • Interacts / Communicates with Guests as needed • Take photos of property damage and submit to manager • Create work tickets for maintenance items and send to Maintenance Tech • Schedule team for additional deep cleaning tasks Qualifications: • Vacation home cleaning and supervisory experience • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team scheduling • Attention to Detail • Well organized and task oriented • Works well independently and as part of a team • Personable. Professional. Able to interact with Guests. Requirements: • Pass background check and drug screening • Reliable transportation • Ability and willingness to learn • Strong work ethic and ethical standards • Hold team members accountable with positive reinforcement and constructive performance feedback • Perform physical labor ongoing basis. Navigate stairs/step ladder. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds • Highly dependable • Integrity Work Environment: • Primary work location is in the Waldport / Newport, Oregon area. Employee should be located in Lincoln County, Oregon. • Larger luxury homes and smaller cottages. Pay / Benefits: • Top Pay for Industry: $20-25/hr (Depending on qualifications and experience).
