Property management company looking for a full time maintenance technician for the Chicagoland area. Requirements: -Proven experience as a handyman -Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC -Knows how to properly paint interiors -Good communication, Problem solving and organization skills -Attention to detail -Must have a reliable vehicle -Willing to travel around the Chicagoland area and North/South suburbs for service requests -Has their own tools Must pass background check.
