Basement Concrete Leveling ~800 SQFT

Hi -- I want to put down LVP in my basement, but it needs to be leveled out first. Looking for someone with experience in this area to mix leveler and level the basement. The basement concrete is currently coated in paint. The area to be leveled is approximately 800 sqft. No major floor damage or grade difference ~1/2" in spots. There is a patch (~3ft) recently cut by plumbers to install toilet piping that needs to be filled.
