Big Sky Landscaping is looking to fill these positions in the RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE Maintenance Manager - 3 Years Experience Required Maintenance Leadman/Foreman Maintenance Laborer Big Sky Landscaping is looking for someone who is driven and who; Knowledgeable about residential landscape maintenance practices, including and not limited to lawn and plant health, irrigation systems and hardscape. Has a driver's license with an insurable record. Provide exceptional customer service to our landscape maintenance clients. Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching out to new clients, and by developing and maintaining customer loyalty. Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained. Proactively inspect properties for problems and needed extra services. Estimate, prepare and submit proposals. Implement route schedules Managing Foremen's Perform work requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment Complete daily work orders and necessary paperwork Other duties as assigned Computer skills Compensation; Health & dental insurance.
