Ability to use all handle tools (bullfloat, Fresno, groover, broom.) Experienced in using a walk-behind or riding trowel machine a plus. Team oriented – Ability to work well with other workers on the project. ACI Certified Finishers and Technicians encouraged to apply! Pervious Concrete Installers and Craftsmen encouraged to apply! Must have a valid DL and transportation. CARPENTER / FOUNDATION FOREMAN Ability to read and understand blueprints. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Layout and build foundations. Demonstrates leadership skills. Team oriented company – works well with others, cooperative, teaches, and directs apprentices and laborers. ACI Certified Finishers encouraged to apply Minimum requirements: Must have your own basic tools. Valid Driver's License and transportation. Minimal 2-5 years experience.
