Rapid Prep is a growing national company that services the abrasive blasting industry and is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative in the Lakewood, WA area with the following skills and qualifications:
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel and Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone
• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Self-motivated, detail oriented
• Proven approach to cold calling and inside sales experience
Candidate must have the ability to work with the sales staff team, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as building customer confidence.
Candidate will work with sales supervisor in preparing reports, forecasts, customer correspondence and plan documents.
Candidate will be responsible for initiating telephone contact with current customers, as well as potential customers and contribute to sales success consistent with the company’s annual sales goals.
Candidate will manage customer orders from the receipt of the order and order entry, to reviewing production schedules and assuring on-time delivery of customer orders.
