WHY WORK FOR SUSAN'S GREEN CLEANING: • We will match or beat any compensation package out there! • All full time employees have one 60-minute massage paid for each month! • $19hr Base Rate TRAINING RATE • $19hr + $3hr Additional Quality Bonus + Tips AFTER 30 days • Merit raises any time thereafter up to $28hr + $3hr quality bonuses • Our full-time techs make $45-$73k a year! • We will match or beat any compensation package out there! • Top-of-the-Line Kaiser Health Insurance for FT. Employee pays $30 a paycheck -- we pay the rest. • Primary Care Health Plan for Part-Time Employees (primary doctor visits only). Employee pays $10 a paycheck -- we pay the rest. • Dental Insurance.
