We seek skilled laborers and abatement workers in a variety of construction divisions: • Laborers – Structural, Mass Demolition and Interior Demolition (currently seeking for Vancouver/Portland and Seattle area) o Preferred 2 years’ experience in various aspects of construction &/or demolition • Abatement – Residential, commercial and public works to include Asbestos, Lead and Mold (currently seeking for the Vancouver/Portland and Seattle area) o Preferred 2 years’ experience with progressing responsibilities o Licensed in Washington and/or Oregon a plus If you enjoy demolition and construction projects, you are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include: • Working on projects in one of the trades listed above; these currently include demolition and abatement. • Meeting or exceeding requirements and company expectations in the areas of safety, quality, customer service, and teamwork • Completing projects safely • Maintaining company tools and equipment provided to you in good working order • Providing abatement and demolition labor • Handling multiple priorities in a calm, organized and professional manner • Developing and cultivating positive working relationships with internal and external customers, staff, subcontractors and vendors Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • High school diploma, or equivalent, with applicable work experience • Maintaining a safe work environment and leading the culture of safety first is a must • Leadership and industry experience as listed above for each division is a plus • Industry-related education, training and certifications a plus. • Knowledge of demolition, abatement, and/or environmental processes, terms, techniques and procedures • Demonstrated competency maintaining and safely operating a variety of equipment • Responsible with integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic; contributes to team culture • Positive interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively; demonstrated accuracy and follow through • Effectively handles interruptions and competing priorities; adapts accordingly based on organizational needs • Demonstrates initiative and creative problem solving skills; thinks outside of the box We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
