Good Morning, Please read my entire ad before responding. I will try to include as much information as possible. I'm finding myself needing to rehome my nine year old German Shepherd. He is fixed and up to date on his shots. He is housebroken and kennel trained. He can be left alone all day without issue. He walks well on a leash but I usually use either a gentle leader or easy walk harness because he can pull on occasion. He knows all basic commands but could use a little help with his recall. He doesn't run off, he just likes to play tag. Despite his age he's still a fairly active dog and needs someone with either a yard or the ability to walk him regularly throughout the day. He is NOT good with other dogs and needs a home without them. He chases sheep and horses but is find with cats. He has never been around kids and I feel would be best in a home with kids 13yrs and up. He does well in the car and is well traveled, though he will bark when anyone tries to approach the car. He does well with both men and women but weirdly likes men more. He would be an excellent partner for someone who enjoys camping, backpacking, hiking etc. He will come with all of his belongings. I am asking for $60 rehoming fee plus a home check but you're welcome to come meet him before the home check. I just want to make sure he isn't going to a hoarder house or something. I can't think of anything else to include but if you have any questions, please let me know. When responding please include a little bit about the home and life you can offer him.
