Where do you look for a position in a band?

Seriously, this site isn't too serious. Or am I just missing something? There must be a better way to find the right band that needs the musician that is me -- or you. Right here, well, I've been right here for a long time. Mixed results. Not all bad. But tired of, well, several things. One thing I can say in favor of CL: It's a lot better than Bandmix. Yikes. Any suggestions? Be nice.
