South Arcturus ave near Gulf to Bay blvd, Clearwater FL

Please help locate a small 5.5 lb maltepoo mix dog. Last seen near 1888 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33765 (BURGER KING ) and South Arcturas Ave was picked up by a black and gray van. Has pinellas county license on collar but no name tag.
